can u tell me all time highs of silver in comex or else since 1974 because i believe the buying is all from indian politicians black money. and when they would leave it would be just extraordinary down move.

Silver at 36.75-37 recent highs are the important highs.
I doubt Indian black money can drive world silver market
well according to foreign minds its investment banks

one more thing to look at:
indian govt bought gold in dollars @ 1040 and made payments in dollars by dollar outflow at nearly 48.5 by making payment
now currency is at 45 and gold at 1440
ie 10% return on currency and 30% return on gold.
it is indias next trump card to be played to sell gold assets and reduce fiscal deficit
elliot wave says gold to touch 23700 by sep 2012 and currency to touch by that time if 44.70 gets broken in next 2.5 months

I doubt the buying was speculative by govt but more out of need
to balance inflows so the gains may not be booked.
Gold may be topping out for short term in coming months according to me.
Overall its a time to be patient in equities.

SO CAN I BUY GOLD @21450 AND SELL SILVER AT 62350 AND WAIT FOR A BOUNCE BACK IN THIS RATIO TO 45-50 LEVELS ( IN SHORT SILVER TO UNDERPERFORM AND GOLD TO OUTPERFORM).

Well i would be very uncomfortable buying silver at this levels expect some correction from 43 levels.
So wait for some dips expect a drop to 40-38 before it starts a new move. Just a guesstimate.

BUT STILL I BELIEVE SILVER COULD GO TO 67500 IN CURRENT SERIES AND GOLD ONCE CROSSES 22080 SELLING WILL COME IN SILVER AS GOLD – SILVER RATIO IS EXPECTED TO TOUCH 32.5 THE LOW MADE IN 1983 YEAR.

Even we advised a short at 59800 but took a stoploss hit at 61500.
Well if you trade then please keep stoplosses. We expected SILVER to topout arnd 41.5-43 where it consolidated for a few sessions but has moved further.
One needs to keep strict stoplosses and always control your risk exposure.
i have been advised to buy bombay dyeing abv 421 for target 435 and 458, and buy skumars @70 s/l 66 tar 74 and 77

silver breaks for the first time 9 day exponential avg placed at 46$ from the rally point of 36 to 50 $. and it bounced in intraday from 42.59 ( 20 day tripple mov avg) to 44.5
the trend will continue to remain weak till it retraces back to 41$ and 37$ on oversold basis.
