  Hi Nooresh,

  Yes, it seems to be a good opportunity. I have been tracking stocks of Paper cos and they seem to be doing quite well and valuations are attractive.

  Have a look at J K Paper also. What I like is – comparatively its at cheapest valuations despite having brand and one of the best margins. Would like to know your technical view.

    Hi Ayush,

    Yes Ballarpur is a technical cum funda pick. Also it has a subsidiary with high valuations.

    J K Paper will face resistance around 80 levels which has been a top for many years now.

  Hi Noresh,

  In one of my questions to you on this blog about a month back, i had asked your opinion on Ballarpur Industries. That time you mentioned that it is a laggard and you suggested to move out of the stock. I had bought it at 33 levels and exited at 36 levels. & suddenly i see this post on your blog…I’m not sure why did you suggest to exit?

    Hi Pranav,

    Its always about relative returns in investing and opportunities available. We as a technical analyst doesnt matter whether buy price is 33 or 40. We are looking out for a investment with a low holding period and a good risk reward.
